I would be very upset too! As a groomer I don't see how you could cut a dog that deep.

I know mistakes happen, but gosh! Luckily she paid for the vet bills, I'm not sure what else she can do. I would def. not be going back there and I don't blame you for wanting to groom Rex by yourself. Poor thing!
