well do you think the breeder should have some countable repayment or another puppy of my liking or my money returned would be nice.we have been through alot but it nice to see that he is doing better since he can pass the stones. he was in pain today i held him and gave him his medicines that does help. and i know i have to due this no matter what it's my job now. little tazzybear did not ask for this, but we have given him so much of are love i can't give him enough . .. thanks again for the reply

Yes, I think she should refund your money all things considered this was a tremendous burden on you and your family and the pup. I know that he is a part of your family now regardless and you wouldn't have it any other way but she should definitely have some sort of guarantee against this type of situation and maybe it's a total fluke but in my opinion, any good breeder would stand behind their lines and reimburse you for the puppy. I would opt for the refund perhaps instead of another pup right now for two reasons....getting a puppy right now wouldn't be fair to Tazzybear and I'm not sure you want to get another pup from this breeder.....maybe ask someone here on YT who they recommend near you.....it's just a thought.
