I'm glad I saw this thread!
I have no idea what would make you suspect your dog had worms...are there pretty obvious symptoms? I am sure Max has not had them, but it would be good info to know I think to keep in mind if something seems "off". I mean, of course, other than obvious squiggling worms in their poop....b/c I know that sometimes they aren't visible to the naked eye.
I was going to give Max a dose of the SafeGuard (once I get Madison checked out and make sure he's either yes or no on them) b/c I bought it actually for Madison the other day and then decided not to give it. SafeGuard supposedly is for most types of worms...like whipworm which some of the other preps don't kill (or protect against).

Would somebody post what are the signs (and I mean, in REAL life...a lot of stuff that you read is so clinical that it might or might not be applicable) that they frequently see if a dog has worms?
