I don't know! I get that sometimes too. I have been having trouble with the Quick Links button not letting me search cause it says I have to wait 30 seconds, but I wasn't searching before.
Admin doesn't understand it either.
But it's nice to be treated like a guest for a minute huh? - until you realize you can't post!
