I wouldn't worry too much as long as it's a thin discharge and no color. Just keep an eye on how he is doing and make sure it doesn't get worse. If it starts to clog his nose then yes I would take him in right away as he won't be able to nurse. I don't think it's an ER at all...just get him checked when you go in I hope that helps!
