and got to meet a bunch of new friends.
Our city has this every year. I have never been before it was a lot of fun!
They had a dog parade, then they had a bunch of contests. We didn't enter Preston in any, but we did have a good time. They had a lot of booths for shelters, pet portrait studios, and charitable organizations that deal with pets.
