Wow, that would be a shock. It is my understanding that the reason to wait for the second heat before breeding is to make sure that your female is completely developed herself before having to grow her babies. What is done is done. Let it go and get yourself ready as best you can.
A local breeder to help is a great idea. Read the articles suggested and then come back here and ask questions. If you are lucky it will be a day whelp and you can always go to your vet. After hours is a little harder, make sure you know where your vet says you should go after hours. My first whelp was at the vet's office. I was too scared and took her there the minute I knew she was in labor. They just put me in a room and left us, and then checked back in. I knew help was just a few steps away.
Put her on puppy food now and some type of calcium. I use Pet-Cal, get it from the vet, or some people supplement the diet with cottage cheese or yogurt and Tums. You want to make sure the puppies don't deplete her own body calcium.
