I so understand. My hubby sprayed hair remover on his arms and then took a shower not cleaning up the crap off the bathroom floor or closing the door til he did. I screamed so loud because my Harley is running around in the house. He could have licked that stuff up and died or something. I was so mad at him. Then when he did clean it up all he did was wipe it up! He so doesn't think about that Harley can lick the floor. LIKE DUH!!! So I gave him the mop and made him mop the whole floor! I doubt he'll do that again after all that trouble he caused and the huge butt chewing he got! But then, he'll find something equally stupid to do instead! Like this morning he yelled because he took up the potty pad and didn't replace it with a new one (like he does with the trash bag as well) and then poor little Harley had to go potty and he of course used the floor. I yelled at him for yelling at my baby. It was not Harley's fault that no pee pad was there. Finally he understood. I think it will take some time for him to be a responsible parent. He's never had a dog before or any kids.
