My family owns 5 Coldwell Banker Real Estate Companies. This listing is owned by the Broker so going after the Agent is pointless. We need to contact the broker. I am going to show this to my Dad and see what he says. Legally you must have certained disclosures stating what the Commercial property is used for if it is zoned Commercial. As a Real estate Company its as easy as calling them tomorrow from Coldwell Banker, saying we have a client interested in that property and ask for disclosures and additional info. I can than see what they are claiming goes on there. This makes me MAD
