Thank God you found him! I would give him time. He will come around. As for the hair falling out...do you mean clumps of hair? When I bring the girls to the vets Sadie will start almost shedding hairs. The vet told me this is very normal when they are nervous. As for the leash....mine HATED the leash when I first put it on them. I think it scares them. With consistency they got alot better. After a while they will learn that the leash means a walk!
