Hi Sheila, I sell the Rocker Denim Harness and they run really small. XS is about up to 2.8 lbs., Small is up to 5-6 lbs. and medium is up to 6-8 lbs. Any site having measurements are just estimated because gooby has not given us accurate measurements for this product. Also, the weight specifications provided by gooby are true to size at all. I had a customer with a 5 lb. yorkie order a XS and she needed the medium.
