I know it's "implied" that dogs aren't allowed where food is being sold or served. But does it need to be posted anywhere for dogs not to be allowed?? Or can they kick us out just if they want to. We've gone to places like automotive stores, office supply stores, places where there's no way they would care as long as they stay in the bag.
My daughter lives in Chicago, and she said that they just recently passed an ordinance that disallowes dogs in outdoor eating areas (where they were previously allowed) but that restaurants could purchase a permit which exempts them from that new law. |
