I have rehomed many Yorkies as they retire and ones belonging to others, etc..but never a sick one. Please contact a Yorkie rescue and let them get him healthy before he goes to a new home...the breeder/vet does not owe you the cost of the surgery, only the price of the puppy or a new puppy, whatever the contract stated.
