Sorry that you feel the need to rehome him. Maybe contact a yorkie rescue and one of them will find him a good home. I am so sad for him being as he might be sick and have to deal with a new home. But at the end of the day if you can't provide the emotional, physical, financial support and time he needs then he will be better off.
You should check your contract because you might be required to return him to your breeder and not do it on your own. Lots of reputable breeders have this as part of their contract.
