Two words for you! WEIGHT WATCHERS! It works!!! I used it after the birth of my first born & went down to a 126 lb size 6 (I'm 5 ft. 7 inches), as well as after the birth of my second child & got back down to a 135 lb size 8 (down from the 200 lbs I was at full term). It's TOO easy, you aren't depriving yourself from anything you love & it works! It definitely gets my vote!
