Hi, I'm sorry your feeling bad. I'm not the best one to give advice about this. However, since you've been working out maybe you gained muscle. My sister was complaining about this one time. She looked great and freaked when the scale showed she actually gained. It was all muscle and she got her tone body back that she was working so hard for.
If I remember correctly she measured differen't parts of her body and she definately lost inches. Maybe you could try this instead of going off of what the scale says. Good Luck!!
