Im so frustrated Ive been walking on a treadmill, doing pilates,and doing sit ups for about 3 weeks hoping to tone my body and hopefully lose 15 to 20 lbs. I got on the scales and I gained 3 lbs. I just know I am going to have to go on a diet and I dont want to. I barely eat only once a day but I drink the sodas and I know I am going to have to give those up. I just quit smoking awhile back so I am not good at withholding from myself right now. Thanks for listening if anyone has any good diet tips I would love to hear them.
