Sorry ... I should have read the whole thread! I use the Pine Sol on tile ... it's not for use on wood floors. My parents had hardwood floors when we were growing up and my Mother always used clear water and damp mopped them. They were beautiful! That's also the way I mop my terra cota floors in our home ... I love it.
