So far so good with mine. I've been to Walmart and Kmart with Hot Rod just in my arms and no one has said anything. I have run into the grocery store with him in his carrier to pick medication. The clerks get so excited and want me to take him out of the carrier! I've also been to Tuesday morning and everyone loves to see him. My carrier looks like a giant purse with a window on the front and sides.
