I thought all puppy coats were wavey? My little Abby who was 13 weeks old yesterday has the softest coat, but it's very wavey/curly. (not really completely curls.)
She's changing colors on her head, but not her back. Her back is black as night and very shiney.
Maybe cottony and wavey mean too different thing?
