gcm, your DH is so right! You are trying to housetrain a mouse. Very funny! Or at least a yorkie with a bladder the size of a mouse. When I first got Bo I took him out every 45 min. - an hour. Of course it will get better. Bo is nine months old and he still wants to go out every couple of hours when he's active. When he's napping, he can hold it for 4 hours or more and he doesn't have to go out in the middle of the night. I found that housetraining a yorkie was harder than any dog I ever had. But it's soooo worth it! Hang in there. I just learned to enjoy our time outside together.
