Thanks everyone for your help. I will start keeping track of all of his actions towards me and my husband that make me feel uncomfortable. I've been with that company many years and most everyone there no that i'm smart and capable and tend to think outside the box. Well this guy that I work for now who is only a year older than me is, I believe, trying to put me in my place or something. I take great pride in my work and want to make the company better and I think he is squashing my drive and desire because he's afraid I'm going to make him look bad. it's very obvious that i threaten him.
