Got a question about your grill....

I had bought the real, real, real, cheap drum style grill from Walmart. I think it was about a $100. I tried it twice then threw it to the curb. I'm wondering if yours would happen to be showing any symptoms of the same problem this one had;

Because it was a small grill, it had a small firebox on the side. The box was so small, there wasn't much room under the fire grate. The ash quickly fills up the small space under the grate preventing the flow of fresh air and thus over dampening the fire. In addition, the wall of the box prevents ash sweeping as long as there is a fire.

Do you see your grill exhibiting any of the above failings? I trust you'll be honest with me to report your grill's shortcomings?

You're going to love mesquite chicken. Even if you dry up the chicken, it's amazing and you can claim you meant to do it.
