We had to let a contract dentist we had go because he treated the staff like slaves and thought the was so much better than everyone else. He was a high producer and a great dentist but he had an anger management problem and we were afraid of potential liablity for an "abusive work environment".  |
Your description of this dentist sounds very similar to my boss. He gets very anger if you question him at all.
