If my boss is bullying me do I have any rights. Any time I question him he brow beats me into submission (i'm not very confrontational). He laughs at me and makes me feel stupid (which I'm not). It's a long story I just wondered what my rights were in this situation. There has been nothing that would be considered sexual harassment i don't think. Expect he treats me like i'm stupid because i'm a girl.
