Now I am hearing through the grapevine that is it strictly a paperwork issue. I think I'll set the cans I have aside for now though. No sense risking it when I have other brands I can give them for now.

Evangers is a good company. This isn't like a menu foods thing. If there is a problem I'm confident they will address it.
