OK - my hubby is a native Los Angelan. Was born & lived all of his life until he left for college there. We go back & visit quite a bit as the rest of his family still resides there. As I understand it, it's not the little ones you have to worry about. The little ones actually relieve the pressure. It's when you don't have one for a while that you have to worry. Anyway, they're a family of know it alls, so I could be wrong -- but that's what I was told.
