Does anyone have the Rocker Denim Harness Vest and leash? If so, how did you measure your baby for this one? I like that it has snaps, instead of velcro, because both my girls have a ton of hair, and it just sticks like mad, to velcro.

One site says:
Small (5-10#s) 13" girth
10" neck
9" length

Do I measure and allow some room?
