They all grow at different rates. Most breeders know their lines and can tell you an estimate of when they usually stop growing. My Cali gained a lb from the age 9 months to 15 months. She now weighs 5 1/2 lbs. Pixie I got as an adult but the breeder said she stopped growing by 6 months. She is overweight at 4 lbs and should be 3 1/2 lbs. Roxie is 7 months and the breeder (also Pixie's breeder) said her lines stop growing by 6-7 months for the most part and may put on a little more weight. So far I have had Roxie 3 months and she has put on a little less than a pound and in the last month has only gained 3 ounces. She weighs 3 lbs 12 ounces right now.
What size did Sophie's breeder estimate her to be?
