When Mogli was in the teething stage, we were playing with the rope and I realized there were little teeth falling on the floor and and blood spots on the rope!
It's like human teething ... that pleasureful pain ... as long as it's not gushing and he's happy (IE not in severe pain) it's normal.
Often times when you take a pup in to be neutered they'll remove remaining baby teeth that aren't going to be pushed out by the permenant ones, or teeth that are like an inner or outer set that need to be removed.
