The puppy needs to be in a stable home without a lot of changing back and forth.
Pups that get stressed from changes can become sick with coccidia and also can go hypoglycemic.
This pup is not even fully vaccinated so it definitely must stay at your house until the pup is protected with proper vaccinations.
I hate to hear the breeder let the pup go at such a young age.
