Oh yeah, if anything does stick and you don't feel like dealing with soaking a pan, just deglaze it. Turn the heat up and then dump in water (or wine or stock if it's chicken/steak and you want to make a sauce) and let it bubble up while you scrape the bottom. Much faster than soaking
