We use teflon coated pans to make eggs, thats about it. Just buy a cheapo one and replace it often. Wearever works well. I have a Rachael Ray one right now. Otherwise we use stainless now. I had Calphalon One and I HATED it. I felt bad replacing it too because it was so expensive, but I really hated it. I love my new RR stainless pans.

Why don't you get a really good cast iron pan? After those get seasoned they are truly non-stick.
