Does your dog think it can fly? I think there may be a similar thread out there somewhere (or a glitch in the Matrix), my apologies in advance if this is a type of double post...
Yesterday I took Bernie into the bedroom because my girlfriend was cleaning the living floor and Bernie goes nuts when we use the broom and/or mop. Anyway, I place him on the bed and when he heard the broom's 'SWOOSH' sound by the room door he got a running start and jumped off the big King size bed -- waaaaaaay off the bed. My heart was in my throat and he let out a yelp when he landed on the hardwood floor. We checked him out and he seemed to be ok but it was a scare. I'm not sure if I should admire his courage or question his sanity - what's up with that? You'd think they'd realize how far they can or can't jump.
