Omg bows & ears

First the ears...you can have your local groomer shave the ENTIRE EAR inside and out with a #40 blade. Your groomer will know what I mean, lol. This usually has them standing up within minutes! The weight of the hair pulls them down. If they do not stand up on their own after that, then you go to tape. I have never had to tape up ears, so I have no advice other than to have them shaved first.
As for bows, she is much too young at this point. Let her hair grow out for maybe another 6-8 weeks before you attempt to but bows in. I have seen puppies lose the hair on the head fron the owner keeping rubber bands in it and it actually kills the circulation, the hair falls out and the skin has a huge bald spot there that never comes back. Please be very careful at her young age.
I am surpirsed you evne have a yorkie puppy this young.
