There has been no changes to the attachments system in quite some time. Does this happen on each and every attachment you try to view? What browser are you using?
You can try this fix below:
First, log out of YorkieTalk. Then try to clear your Internet cookies and then sign in again, as the problem appears to be related with your browser. Please make sure cookies are enabled on your Internet browser settings.

We suggest members do NOT use the AOL Browser to access YorkieTalk. Internet Explorer works much better with our site.
Or you may try another Internet browser, such as Firefox (
