I joined Curves in March. "Girls Only Gym"!!! The staff is super nice, and very encouraging. I stop on my way home from work 3-5 times a week. You need to watch out for the contract: lenth, cost to break if you even can. My contract is for a year, and the most to cancel is $50. I have a friend who gioned Golds Gym in April. She signed either a 2 or 3 year contrat and hasn't gone since about 3 months after joining. She can't get out of her contract. Big bucks for her!
