They are little balls of energy, arent they? Mine calm down at about 9pm and lay with me until I go to bed. It sounds to me like you are doing the right things with him, hes just young. Im sure once he gets neutered and a little older he will calm down quite a bit. I know it can be overwhelming at times, but try to be patient and have fun with him now while he does have all this energy!
I have 2 lazy lumps at home now LOL (my boys are almost 3 years old)
