This thread has just got me to thinking....
Okay, so lets say someone lost their puppy and someone decided to keep it for themselves.(like a stolen dog) They bring it to the vet as their very own.. Scanning would not be done because the vet thinks the rightful owner has the dog right? I mean unless the person bringing in the dog is truely honest there would be no point to scan.. I dont know just curious... |
