Thanks for the suggestion guys, glad to see I'm not alone.
She is a female, and pee pad trained with complete access to this at all times (no one can seem to kennel her for longer than 5 minutes).
We've tried to ignore her when we first come home, problem is (especially with me) even if this happens, she still tends to dribble when you finally do pick her up because she's so eager to say hello.
