Adie is obsessed with one little tennis ball. She has a half dozen of them but she refuses to play with any of them except that one. It is so ratty and nasty that I hate to handle it anymore LOL. BUT she gets almost desperate if she can't find it. We keep all of them in a basket and then when it is time to play fetch we put the basket on the floor and let her get her ball out. If we throw the wrong one she will chase it but just leave it sit. She looks at us like we hurt her feelings for Pete's sake! We started letting her pick when she did that - before we realized she had a favorite. |
