That thing looks like a ton of fun, however, Toto doesn't own a collar [she wears a harness] and I don't see how it would work on her harness. Think I will have to wait until someone with a Yorkie that weighs over 4 lbs to try it!! Or ... I could put that in the Border Collie's Christmas stocking ... I would love to know what Missy is thinking!!!
