Hello can anyone help me, my small yorkie ia pulling a loit on his harness and coughing when walking, What is the best type of harness should he be wearing, I was told not one that goes around his neck as that will make more problems. He has one that goes around this front legs and does up at the back. Please help, I`m a worried mummy x
