My yorkie pup loves Innova. You may want to check online and see if your pup would like that food. Many dog food stores, feed stores, etc have samples so you can try it first and see if your fussy eater will go for it. See if your roommate is willing to put the cat food up high on a table or ledge or something....that's what I do for my cat. Otherwise, my puppy would definitely eat the cat food up and my cat would not be happy about that. My vet said that it is best to not give your puppy any cat food, so you may want to ask your vet the same question for another opinion.
