i use disposable everything.
i put each portion (2 medallions) in saran wrap, put them in a zip lock bag and into freezer. i defrost each portion over night in refrig.
when feeding: i take the saran wrapped portion out of refrig, dump the medallions into paper bowl, use a plastic disposable spoon to cut it into small pieces. this way, i never actually touch the medallions.
after feeding: i wait for coco to finish (usually take less than 2 seconds
) with an alcohol-free fragrance-free baby wipe in hand. i wipe his mouth and nose area.
