It usually happens when we go to pick her up to say hi, but sometimes if she's the one coming home and hears her name being called, she leaves a nice pee streak wherever she's running. We've tried not picking her up until she's gone pee, or picking her up while she's sitting on the pee pad, but there's not usually time for this in the moment of excitement.
Anyone have any suggestions about how to deal with this? I'm moving soon and don't want to ruin the new carpets. |
