For some reason, when I take out Rocky, he is very stubborn and slow to move, checks everything out slowly. SO i cannt imagine him strolling along on a hike, or strolling along period.
How do I teach him to run along with me??? He is 1.5 years old. More of a house dog, which might be the problem, but I am taking him out everyday no and he loosened up a bit, but still.

Buddy would live outdoors if I let him.
Maybe some just like walking and other's like to chill.
Try taking him for walks everyday and just make them longer after a couple of days until he gets use to just walking along with you.
If this does not work you have yourself a couch potato~!
