Here's what I do:
*Take ~3 days worth of Medallions out of bag, place in tupperware for fridge
*On counter, have teensy, charming creamer, something like
this (but w/out the spout); inside of this - I always keep two
mini-forks, these are tiny - love these - and use them to "stab and grab" the medallion, place in bowl and shred - you don't touch it all ALL
*I use low-rimmed, porcelain tart dishes for their bowls - bc they don't tip, they clean easily - and they're WHITE - so they show anything left behind. And, because they lick them clean, I really do not need to clean them every day - I throw them in the dish washer about 2x per week - and it works just fine. I'm attaching a pic of what I use - they're maybe 5-6 inches across.
