Sorry, I've got no advice as I'm in no way qualified. BUT I think it's exciting and hoping everything goes well for you!
I don't know if I'd call it exciting or not
to be truthful it gets kinda hard trying to keep our 2 boys calm and away from them. Like yesterday evening, I wanted to let them out to play in our fenced in back yard. So I had to take our 2 boys out the front door, around the house and to the back yard to play for awhile, then bring them back in the same way as they are in our living room. Then for our girls, our back door to our back yard is in our Yorkie/office room so I just opened the door and let them out, none fell in our little pond this time
Last year our Thelma was the one to try to run over our little pond and then end up falling in.
So far so good as far as her heat.
Funny these yorkies are just like ladies friends or all living under one roof. We all get on the same cycles and we all have our mood swings. But one things when you get it all over you can have a few months of freedom and then start all over again. Good luck and maybe others will also give you some support. Hang in there.
lol that is cute. Oh I'll hang in there, I have to
I think its the same as humans.
My daughters and I are still on the same cycle..within days of each other.
I dont know about the mood swings as far as dogs.
So......My question is this.....
I know you want puppies BAD,,,, so?????..............lol
I know what U mean, I'll call my girls and they'll on no my turn next or call my Sister and she says it too. We call our cycles here "Aunt Flo" and I'll tell them I never invited U're Aunt Flow but the Old Bat seems to be coming back all the time and I keep telling her she's not invited here.
Well I'd LOVE to have a litter of babies (And I am jealous of U
being able to love all U're babies U've had, just teasing on the jealous part) but can't this year, as this is all my females 1st heat cycles and our only 2 males is Sofies' and Weezies' Daddy and Brother from a previous litter so that wouldn't work.
And I also need the time off to learn more and teach my pack here to be a pack and get this all together before bringing more babies here into our home, I have some painting to do in the house too and just things that I need to get caught up on.
So next Spring will be our time hopefully for babies. "Great Things Come To Those Who Wait". At least that's what I've always heard. So I'm waiting. Time will tell,
Lee
