Nutritional or brewer's yeast is rich in B vitamins, iron, and other nutrients.
Lecithin for linoleic acid, choline, and inositol, which help your animal emulsify and absorb fats, improving the condition of it's coat and digestion.
Kelp for iodine and trace minerals.
All these can be found in the vitamin stores. I doubt the brewer's yeast can be found in a grocery store. It isn't the type of yeast used for baking.
